We are an international call center (specializing in the sale of nutra products in Europe and Latin America) with a huge number of complex and interesting challenges. At the moment, the company is looking for an experienced call center supervisor who will join our team of professionals and lead the Slovakia direction./Czech Republic.

✅ Requirements:
Experience working as a supervisor or ROP in a remote call center;
Sales experience, knowledge of basic techniques, including upsell and crossell;
Leadership skills, as well as a high level of self-discipline for remote work;
Analytical mindset;
Experience managing a team of remote operators;
