We are Vesper, a young and growing global trading company based in the Netherlands and Switzerland. We believe in a circular world where rubber & elastomeric waste materials get a new life. We are currently looking for an energetic and dynamic commercial personality who wants to take success in her/his own hands as a


responsible for the European market, working from home office. You will drive Vesper’s growth in Europe through aggressive acquisition of new clients who either sell to or buy from Vesper. You close deals and coordinate all logistics to our European warehouse. The European account manager role comes with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, so we are really looking for a go-getter who is hungry to learn, develop and progress with us.

Information about the selection process

As a first round, we will have short telephone interviews, after which we will organize face-to-face interviews in Prague. As the last round, interviews will take place in our HQ in Switzerland.

Personality requirements and skills


• 6-10 years of commercial sales experience with a track record in sales management, preferably in the materials producing industry or in a production waste environment
• Smashing sales targets is what you do!
• You are fluent in English, German and/or French, culturally adept within Europe.
• You’re a digital savvy person, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Social Media.


• A hungry and self-driven commercial personality experienced in developing and growing key clients and always looking to close a deal.
• You feel comfortable and are used to travel extensively throughout Europe. Being away from home and close to your customers will be the norm. Expected travel will be 70-90%.
• You are a star in “cold-acquisition”, expanding your commercial network easily and you are used to operating independently in a highly dynamic environment.

Headquartered in Baar, Switzerland and with an office in Zundert, the Netherlands we enable our global partners to be more successful in their businesses.

We are specialized in recycled, reclaimed and reprocessed elastomers and are trading worldwide. Our specialization is in EPDM, (S)SBR and other Elastomers. We are working with Elastomer producers, Tire manufacturers and with a large number of rubber compounders and converters in various industries around the world whom we help to solve their recycling issues.
