Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Technical Support specialist will be responsible for resolving all Technical Support issues at Customers worldwide and at pre-sales testing projects. Other responsibilities are: Technical Documentation, Azure/Office 365 Management, pre-sales installations and assisting in pre-sales demonstrations. Last but not least, the Tech Support specialist assures that all Customers have the latest versions deployed.

Responsibilities:
• Azure Cloud Management
• Building positive and strong relations with prospects and customers
• Assist in the entire Tech Support flow
• Support in migration of existing environments into Microsoft Azure
• Perform presentations and troubleshoots with European and USA based Customers
• Collaborate with USA and French R&D team
• Report to Bratislava Office Manager

Personality requirements and skills:

• Experience in Tech Support and/or System Administration
• Good knowledge of IT challenges and culture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under minimal supervision
• Presentation skills

Specialization, field:
Microsoft System Admin (Windows, Powershell), Jira, Azure, O365

Computer skills - user:

Microsoft Excel, Word
Tech Support and System Admin experience
SharePoint knowledge is a plus
Additional languages is a plus
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
