Senior Back-End Developer & Development Team Leader

We are looking for a new colleague, who will be responsible for our International Team of Developers. The development is done for Hoozin.com. The Senior Back-End Developer & Development Team Leader will be responsible for day to day development and resolution of complex issues. Acting as a role model for Team members; giving advice where needed and coach the Team. He/she will have the overall responsibility for the performance of the Development Team and completion of all task in timely manner. The Senior Back-End Developer will be also responsible for design, development and implementation of new initiatives in .NET using C# as well as providing production support of implemented components for Hoozin’s most important clients. The successful candidate will use in-house methodologies and related work product templates to complete the required deliverables.

• Lead a team of .Net and Java script Developers
• Develop custom code in .NET & Java script
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the system
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
