For our client, growing hospitality company we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract & Guest Service Specialist on a part-time basis to support client's operations across contract management, administration, social media, and guest services for a Swiss based company.
This role combines structured administrative work with guest-facing communication and digital support.
The Contract & Guest Service Specialist will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and collaborating closely with the Guest Relations Manager to ensure smooth operations of vacation apartments based in Switzerland.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and have a good command of German C1 or above and English B2.
