We currently offer a unique opportunity to welcome new colleague – a new enthusiastic person who will be provided insights to manage and develop a corporate customer portfolio in the 4th largest banking player in Eurozone.

Through VÚB´s Branch in Prague, it offers advanced corporate services in the Czech Republic and employs currently 20 people. It´s a pure "wholesale unit", mainly working with Mid-Large Czech corporates and Multinationals, and serving Intesa Sanpaolo Group's customers active in the country.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Help our senior relationship managers to develop and maintain business relationships with clients, prepare and implement x-sell and acquisition strategies & tailor-made offers for the VIP customers of the bank
- Support senior colleagues in acquisition activities and in the management of allocated customer portfolio
- Participate in defining the business conditions in the offer to the client in accordance with the business policy of the VUB Group and Intesa Sanpaolo
- Learn to initiate cross-sell of products to the clients and actively initiate business activities and optimize procedures and solutions
- Submit and prepare credit proposals for active transactions to the competent bodies and monthly activity reporting
- Provide consultancy services to the clients

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- Experience in advisory/consulting/auditing or corporate banking is the advantage
- Academic background preferably in Business or Economics
- Good knowledge of financial analysis and good orientation in financial reports
- Strong client facing and negotiating skills
- Excellent presentation skills, fluentness in power point
- Excellent English&Czech communication skills
- Confident, high level of motivation and proactivity
- Willingness to bring value and new ideas in all activities
- Attitude to work in an international environment
- Knowledge of corporate banking products & environment is an advantage
