We are searching for a new team member to start in January or Febuary 2018 and are now accepting applications for a job as:

Office Assistant (f/m) – Part time (20h/week)
Location: Jesenice

Your tasks
  • Administrative support of the CEO and all team members in the local Sales Office
  • Provision of reception (phones, visits, mail)
  • Order of office supplies, refreshments, messenger, taxi - including the management of this section
  • Preparation and management of regular reports and statistics (by instructions). (Interstat, Green Dot and Elektro Group reporting Monthly)
  • Support preparation of wage backgrounds (used vacation days…)
  • Administration of corporate vehicles
  • Ad-hoc administrative solutions
Your qualifications
  • Minimum of secondary education required, administrative experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (Czech and English, German would be an advantage but not necessary), team and service orientation
  • Knowledge and practical experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Driving license group B
  • Criminal integrity
  • General knowledge in modern technologies
  • Independence, loyalty, consistency, diligence and flexibility
Your qualifications
  • Flexible working hours, aprox. 20 hours a week (minimum 4 days a week)
  • Wage valuation: 15.000 CZK gross monthly salary
