For our client, a famous company, we are now looking for Customer Service Agents. This is a great opportunity for a young ambitious professional.

Responsibilities:

First Level technical support of the following products: home-range printers, Large format printers, scanners and video-projectors among others, for consumers and business customers: 80% of the contacts.
Presales support and provide accurate information about the products: 10% of contacts.
Reseller Support and under warranty services arrangements: 10% of the contacts.
Multi-channel technical support (phone, e-mail, chat or social media).

Requirements:

Technical qualifications



Profound knowledge of Windows Operating System.
Good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and/or other relevant applicants.
Profound knowledge of hardware components.
Very good understanding of technical issues.
Experience in hardware support, preferably by phone and e-mail.
Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation.
Experience in troubleshooting guidelines.

Team player
Willing to learn and apply new technologies.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability desired.
Ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
Native Hebrew and good English (written and oral).
Excellent comprehension skills in English, preferably excellent oral and written skills.
Good skills in at least one other European language (oral preferentially also written).
Strong ability in communication.
Excellent communication skills / strong communicator.
Service orientation.
