Our customer is a publicly (NYSE) listed US-company with activities all over the world and one of the leading manufacturers of industrial valve and control technology with revenues of more than $ 3.3 billion and around 12.000 employees. For the manufacturing site based in Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia) (Ltd.,160 employees, $ 50 mio.) we are now looking for an experienced Financial Controller (m/f/d) as Site Head of Finance and Accounting.

Together with your team you will be responsible for all financial issues of the local entity (i.e. planning, forecasting and budgeting, accounting, (production) controlling, reporting, financial statements and tax) following to local law and corporate standards (German and US-GAAP, compliance (SOX)). The corporate culture will allow you to shape all financial topics for the plant. You report directly to the European Finance Director.

We expect you to be a self-driven Finance Professional with a proven track in the manufacturing industries, sound expertise in Finance and Administration, international career background and first leadership experience. You combine a passion for facts and figures with a hands-on attitude and clearly analytical thinking. Fluent German and English is also required as well as willingness to relocate.
