Job description, responsibilities and duties

I am searching for the Reporting Specialist position for an international company.

Are you fluent in English?
Do you have 1-3 years of Financial/Data/Reporting analyst or relevant Financial experience?
Do you have good knowledge of IFRS standards?
Do you have advanced knowledge of MS Excel?

Do you want to be a part of a stable international company? Apart of the usual responsibilities of the Reporting Specialist role, you can be a part of two international projects!

Job description:

monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide US GAAP interpretation and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner,
communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team,
manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures and other issues,
assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors,
preparation of quarterly packages – IFRS,
checking of accountancy according to CAS
o estimated items,
o accruals,
o exchange differences,
o completeness,

reconciliation relationships within the group,
confirmation letters for banks, lawyers etc.,
preparation of other documents as required by company auditors,
deferred tax,
cooperation with auditors to prepare audit reports under CAS,
CIT returns – preparation of reports, cooperation with a tax advisor
tax optimization - an estimate of the income tax calculation of capital adequacy etc.
cooperation with the accountants - accounting methodology, assistance with billing complex accounting transactions, fixed assets (which are mainly on the ending of rent or for sale, decommissioning etc.), billing tenants etc.,
participate in other projects as required.
