As a Player Experience Specialist , you'll be the friendly face behind the screen, helping Czech-speaking players enjoy a seamless gaming journey.

• ️ Support customers with account setup, verification, payments, and bonus-related queries.

• Communicate via chat and email (and later possibly by phone or social media).

• Solve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring every player leaves with a smile.

• ️ Build trust with customers through clear, empathetic, and personalized communication.

• Share insights to improve internal processes and enhance the overall player experience.

• Czech native level and good English skills (B2+) .

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Interest in gaming or sports – or simply curiosity to learn more!

• Positive attitude, empathy, and adaptability in a multicultural team.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not a must.
