Job description, responsibilities and duties

Due to constant development and recent changes in regional organization, the company is looking for a top professional for the new position of: HR & Administration Manager Czech Republic & Slovakia

WHO Will Take Challenge Of:

 Planning, directing and coordinating all HR management activities within subscribed Czech Republic & Slovakia organization according to the values and corporate policies.
 Developing, implementing and executing the HR strategies, polices and legal regulations allowing human development of employees in conjunction with business objectives.
 Providing an extended service and support to the Management as a Business Partner. The position reports to General Manager CZ & SK.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

WHO Has:
 More than 5 years of experience on HR country level (Czech/Slovakia) generalist role, including experience gained in international company from both sales and operations area.
 Hands on experience and knowledge of HRM methods and tools (both “soft” and “hard” HR).
 Good working knowledge of employment law.
 Very good written and spoken command of English as a must.
