We are looking for our sister company XALAX GmbH, Auer-Welsbach-Gasse 36, 8055 Graz, Austria | xalax.com a new colleague, the position will be at the HQ in Graz.
About the role:
Analysis of strategic business processes at external clients of
XALAX GmbH both nationally and abroad.
Advising on options for performance improvement using
ERP systems within the scope of the MS Dynamics D365 product portfolio.
Conceptual design of system solutions in collaboration with the
internal consulting and software development team.
Independent management and support of (major) projects and coordination of the assigned project teams.
Ongoing contact and coordination with customers, business owners,
key users, the departments involved and the respective IT experts.
Organisation of workshops with all stakeholders to develop the best
possible solutions.
Support in the operational introduction of the relevant software solution.
Training of system users.
