AB ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS – Lithuanian company, an important player in the Baltics and with significant export markets across Europe. The products of our company are sold and highly regarded not only in Lithuania but also abroad.
Now the company is seeking for a Key Account Manager to optimize its activities. If you are motivated and communicative, goal-oriented, fair and responsible, and you already have experience in trading fast-moving consumer goods, you have worked with Modern Trade channels– we invite you to become a member of our team!

- Lead and develop product sales for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and HORECA.
- Build and expand long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Establish promotion strategies for the above-mentioned channels.
- Ensure timely management to meet business goals.
- Manage ongoing strategic market analysis and reports.
- Maximising sales and expand market share along with building relationships with clients.
- Working independently or as a part of the sales team to develop targeted turnover.
- Ensure timely management to meet business goals.
- Understand the needs of customers and to assist them with our products and our brand development.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
- Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, workshops, and sales meetings.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Czech - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Proven and successful sales experience in the food sector or FMCG (minimum of 2-3 years of relevant field sales experience).
- Degree in (International) Business, Finance, Marketing, or any other related field.
- Proven Czech market knowledge.
- Experience in high-level negotiations, B2B sales skills, and in bringing new products to market.
- Communication, time management, and planning skills.
- Languages: fluent Czech and Slovak, fluent English. Russian could be an advantage.
- Clean driver‘s license and preferable a car owner.
