Job description, responsibilities and duties
AB ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS – Lithuanian company, an important player in the Baltics and with significant export markets across Europe. The products of our company are sold and highly regarded not only in Lithuania but also abroad.
Now the company is seeking for a Sales Manager to optimize its activities. If you are motivated and communicative, goal-oriented, fair and responsible, and you already have experience in trading fast-moving consumer goods, you have experience working with Modern trade channels– we invite you to become a member of our team!
• Lead and develop product sales for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, or HORECA;
• Establish promotion strategies for the above-mentioned channels;
• Ensure timely management to meet business goals;
• Manage ongoing strategic market analysis and reports;
• Maximizing sales and expanding market share along with building relationships with clients;
• Working independently or as a part of the sales team to develop targeted turnover;
• Ensure timely management to meet business goals.

Personality requirements and skills
• Proven and successful sales experience in the food sector or FMCG (minimum of 2-3 years of relevant field sales experience);
• Relevant Graduate or Post Graduate qualifications;
• Proven Czech market knowledge;
• Experience in high-level negotiations, B2B sales skills, and bringing new products to market;
• Languages: fluent Czech, English. Russian could be an advantage.
