Business Analyst Guru Procurement

The challenge:

You will be a meaningful player in the business analysts' team. As AB InBev is spread out across Europe, procurement projects have become more and more important. You will be driving the TO BE design with stakeholders and translate business requirements to the clear description and acceptance criteria for dev team.

But don't get us wrong, you will not be involved only in operations. You will manage the Zone EUR projects in Procurement area, and be in close cooperation with Procurement, Vendor Master data department and other stakeholders aimed to drive process improvement and leverage technology to solve major bottlenecks and deliver value. Manage follow-up with stakeholders, steer discussions with dev team and assist in testing and organization of training for users. After implementation, monitor customer satisfaction and other KPIs to ensure project success. You will make an impact and have fun along the way!

What will you be doing:

• Plan, design, implementation and follow-up of Procurement initiatives
• Interpretation of stakeholder requirements and preparation of User Stories and Acceptance criteria
• Prepare the business case and monitor the project spend.
• Create PR/PO for Project needs
• Prepare and lead Backlog Refinements and Sprint Reviews
• Analyze, propose mitigation and follow-up on the project risks with product owner and stakeholders.

You will be working aside your other colleagues and Team Leader and be part of an international and multicultural finance team.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

What you'll bring:

• Proficient written and spoken knowledge of English
• 1-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, working in an IT environment is nice to have
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP & Agile Methodology is an advantage
• Problem-solving and Organizational skills
• Stakeholder and communication management skills
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
