Network Delivery Tools Architect

 Accenture people within our Global Network Delivery Architecture – Tools Architecture are responsible for delivering tools architecting services across geographies. You will incorporate skills which support the planning and delivery of “end-to-end” Tools Architecture Services. The role will develop and/or consult on the enabling infrastructure for enterprise network tools applications and services supported by Network Services and used for delivering quality services to our clients.
 
Job Summary
 
The Tools Architect will be a key member of the Network Delivery Tools Architecture Team and will have the following key responsibilities:

• Develop and document appropriate enterprise tools platform and O/S architecture and standards for Network Services supported enterprise network tools applications, including performance and capacity monitoring, configuration audit & compliance, service delivery tools, and application performance analysis & testingtools.
• Provide proactive capacity planning input, on an as-needed basis, in support of the deployment of new systems or application modules.
• Provide level four support, including on-call and troubleshooting of capacity and application performance related incidents as escalated by level 3 escalation teams Tools supported infrastructure
• Represent NDA Tools in deliberations with internal project teams and external entities such as infrastructure and application vendors and service providers.
• Provide cost basis and drivers for all architecture & standards designed and implemented; work with appropriate Tools Application Architect to develop corresponding cost models.
• Participate in and contribute to NDA Tools team meetings and defined status reporting.
