Job description, responsibilities and duties
This will be your future team:
We are a small international team of 7 based in a new modern Visionary office right next to the metro station. Being diverse and even though not numerous, we maintain supportive relationships in cheerful and open-minded environment. We are ready to help one another when a need arises. We participate in various company activities like volunteering, team buildings and we like going out for lunches or dinners together. Our working hours are flexible what ensures keeping a good work-life balance.
This will be your future role:
We act as a middle step between our client, representing agricultural/lawn care industry, and their dealership located worldwide, covering a service in Portuguese, French, German, Turkish, Polish, Italian and Russian language. Our role is to support client in correct warranty claim validation, eliminating unjustified costs and if necessary, identifying and addressing suspicious behaviors of dealers. On the other hand, we cooperate also with dealers to understand their challenges in various repairs, guiding them through the process to solve any discrepancies being in breach of defined warranty agreements.
Therefore, your main responsibility will be:
- written communication with client’s dealers
- verifying claim information using several client’s online tools like parts catalog or technician’s advisory tool and SAP.
You will get an opportunity to meet our client representatives who are visiting us yearly and participate in regular conference calls related to process clarifications. You can improve your knowledge of PC tools and learn operating new applications used in the corporate world.
Our new colleague should:
- fluent in English (company, client and team core language)
- proficient user of Portuguese
- knowledge of French, German or Italian is nice to have
- have at least basic knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- have ability of good decision-making and retentive memory
- be capable of working with little to no supervision
No prior automotive/mechanical or SAP knowledge is required for this role as team will provide you with the necessary training to make you feel confident before starting to work independently.
You should know that all our activities are performed accurately and that we respect the given deadlines. If you are ready to learn and deliver required performance results still staying focused on details, you like sharing experience and strive for improvement, you will feel comfortable in our team.
