This will be your future team:
We are a small, international team supporting internal client – meaning Accenture employees. We assist employees from 15 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Italy, Russia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa) and right now, we are looking for a colleague who will be in daily contact with the employees of Accenture Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
This will be your future role:
As an HR Agent, you will be helping employees on the phone and via internal tools with any HR related questions they might have. You enjoy communication and you are open to assist employees who can sometimes feel lost in internal policies, HR regulations and German, Austrian or Swiss law.
Examples of what you will be handling:
• Helping employees to utilize Accenture benefits (which we have a wide range of)
• Answering questions regarding leave-of-absence related topics
• Assist candidates, via phone, who can feel lost during the different recruitment processes
• Guiding fellow employees through the corporate jungle, sharing your knowledge
• Discover different HR and recruitment systems and tools.
You will be also able to support Travel Expenses process for candidates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There, you can show your sense for details when checking the required paperwork, in addition to working with internal systems and being in contact with local recruiting team.
You will have experienced colleagues helping you to get started; however, before you know it, you will become an expert yourself, helping the others.
This is what you already have:
• You enjoy communication and you are fluent in German and English
• You have at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You like to give customers the best service possible
• You enjoy getting to the core of issues and you do not leave any detail out
