Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This will be your future team:
A team of 10 professionals coming from the Czech Republic and various other parts of the world.

We all speak English, and that means you will not miss out on any of our frequent conversations. These might at times be quite loud and hectic, by the way, but always accompanied by a sense of humor and encouragement. All ideas and opinions are heard and considered. Our team is invariably friendly and supportive.

We work in an environment where nobody is left behind, as you would expect from a group of people providing a unique service to their client.

This will be your future role:
A supply chain role impacting people’s medical treatment across the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions.

We daily support our colleagues working directly in hospitals by securing on-time deliveries, urgent ordering, processing inventory data, and contacting suppliers and various internal departments to resolve logistic and product complaints.

You will play a key role in activating and stabilizing new hospital accounts. Moreover, you will participate actively in conference calls with the client to discuss and resolve open issues, highlight potential risks, suggest process improvements, and keep the client informed about all the progress being made.

This is what you already have:
You are fluent in English
You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and are at a standard user level for other PC skills
You know SAP, preferably the Supply Chain module, and you stand ready to learn new applications
A satisfied customer means a lot to us, and therefore we are keen to deliver to high standards within established deadlines. It is great that your abilities include multitasking, because that helps you to manage priorities and expectations. You already have previous experience in Supply Chain, and this is the area within which you want to grow professionally. Should all the above resonate with you, join us and get ready for this job.
