This will be your future team:
Our team is working for a leading European energy company. We support them with HR administrative service and payroll, so our client can focus on their core business. We are open-minded, hardworking and ambitious. We have a very open attitude to change, and welcome ideas that can help improve things both for us and for the client. Most of your direct colleagues will be from various European countries and like to experience life abroad. For many of us, this also means socializing outside of work.
This will be your future role:
As Payroll officer you will support our client with a large scope within payroll. You will make sure the payroll activities are performed according to timelines and that the client is satisfied with our delivery.
Here are some examples of what you will be handling:
• Client relationship management
• Managing payroll provider
• Escalations
• Driving monthly payroll cycle
• Monitoring end-to-end payroll process
• Be the bridge between integrations team, HR Direct team, client & third parties
• Quality control & continuous improvement
As a person it is important that you are a problem solver with an eye for details. You enjoy working in a team and you are used to work towards clear targets and deadlines. You are also a leader with the ability to distribute, delegate and follow-up work tasks. Other things in your background we highly value:
• Experience in Project management
• Able to articulate challenges and propose resolution
• Experience with Dutch payroll
• Positive and pro-active attitude
• Knowledge in Dutch is an advantage
