Transportation Specialist

Adecco is currently recruiting for the Worlds Leading Global Online Retailer and we are searching for Transportation Specialist to join the team in Prague.

Requirements:
Advanced level of English (Verbal and Written)
Education: min. High School required, University Degree preferred (bachelor/master),
Eligibility to work in Czech Republic
Ability and willingness to work with flexible schedules/shifts
Experience: ideally from Logistic, Transportation, E-commerce, Warehousing, Operations, Customer Service
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
PC Literate (MS Office, especially excel)
Advantage: Communication skills in other languages: Spanish, German, Polish, French or Italian

Role Responsibilities:
· Communicate on day to day with internal stakeholders in order to understand and fix their concrete problems
· Understand the issue and make best use of the available resources to resolve it
· Able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners and teams according to processes and standard
· Ensure to surpass all performance and quality goals
· Excellent communication, both verbal and written as one will be required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Understand performance metrics to create analysis allowing to drive business results
· Providing real-time customer experience by working in 24*7 operating environment

Shifts: Morning (7:00 – 15:30) /Afternoon (14:30– 23:00) weekly rotation.
