Job description, responsibilities and duties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Independent responsibility for given recruitment projects
• Preparation of advertisement campaigns in different media
• Work on variety of roles in IT area
• Regular communication with clients and maintenance of good relationships with them based on trust and advice
• Active search for the candidates
• Conduction of personal and phone interviews both in Czech (or Slovak) and English language
• Identification of possible new clients and market opportunities
• Cooperation on different ad-hoc projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• highschool degree
• intermediate English
• PC literacy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Can-do approach
ADVANTAGE:
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment
