DESCRIPTION
Amazon Advertising is expanding its team in Bratislava and Advertiser Success Team (AST) is seeking a highly motivated Onboarding specialist. This person will help new and existing advertisers grow their business. Working with new advertisers, you will be responsible to help them identify the advertising opportunities on Amazon, review their product listings and create advertising campaigns in order to influence their success in advertising. Additionally you will also get the opportunity to test new and existing tools, gather & share insights and optimize processes by closely partnering with product and engineering teams.
Specific responsibilities include: extensive client communication via phone and email; optimization of client advertising campaigns; educate clients on AST products and services; identify opportunities for improvement of products or processes based on client feedback
