Direct Fulfillment Onboarding Specialist with German

We are looking for Direct Fulfillment Onboarding Specialist to work in a dynamic environment. Direct Fulfillment (often called Drop-ship) supports the fulfillment of customer orders directly from vendors’ facilities instead of the Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Helping high-potential vendors integrate onto Amazon’s Direct Fulfillment platform
- Manage integrations starting from early interactions with vendors to successful launch on the platform and work with vendors to determine the best integration approach.

- This is primarily a Supply Chain Operations / Transportation role but additionally you will interface with other internal technical and business teams, and contribute to new platform feature developments and improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

· Language skills: Fluent English and German language skills

· Excellent business writing and speaking skills, and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance.

· Excellent problem solving and organization skills.

· Demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful even in difficult situations

· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures efficiently.
· Confident in using Microsoft Package (especially Excel);

Preferred Qualifications:

· Additional Language advantageous (French language preferred)

· Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation

· Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity

· A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking
· Advanced Excel skills

· Basic SQL knowledge
