Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a smart, goal oriented and self driven person with analytical mind. The role is suitable for somebody who has HRS/ HR/ Payroll background, enjoys working with data, is self driven and capable of multi-tasking.

Key elements of driving Global Program are:

1. Global Program communication
2. Writing whitepapers for MBR or ad-hoc connects.
3. Preparing and conducting Global Program Workshops.
4. Analyze COE/ RCA documents of last 12 months
5. Liaising with respective stakeholders to get control sign-off and conduct calibration session with them on recording defects.
6. Identifying opportunities for automating process steps and other process improvement
7. Learn and develop new skills and enhance the existing ones.
8. Stakeholder Management - Maintaining Stakeholder Register
9. Track defect tracking for the country
10. Control Assessment
11. New Controls deployment
12. Preparing and publishing program dashboards on regular basis
13. Analyzing numbers on the dashboards and come up with some logical recommendations
14. Following up to get the actions completed
15. Maintaining Risk register
16. Keep updating program FAQs & wiki
17. Collect feedbacks on the program and share lesson learned with program core team
18. Control audit on set frequency

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

* Excellent verbal, visual, written and listening skills English
* Strong competency in HR/ HRS/ Payroll processes
* Comfortable with MS Office like excel
* Understanding basic process improvement techniques
* Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and drive RCA
* Must be open for changes in the approach
* Capability to highlight risks and come up with potential solutions
* Strong in ownership, dive deep and bias for action

Preferred qualifications:

· Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certified
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics using Big Data Analytics (preferred)
· Demonstrated Project Management experience, including managing a project portfolio, driving a timeline to completion, following-up, organizing multiple action plans within multiple functions
· Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately
· Courageous and willing to stand up for their ideas within appropriate guidelines
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
