Payroll Information Security Analyst

Our multicultural Global Payroll Controllership team is seeking an Information Security Analyst to be part of the Payroll Information Security Program team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to take a leading role in the creation and development of information security protocols, procedures and controls in a dynamic global business environment, while contributing to the overall strengthening of the Payroll Information Security environment.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong understanding of the fundamentals of information security and logical access controls, in addition to having excellent communication skills. The candidate should also be a curious learner who is constantly looking to develop their knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
· Review, develop and recommend changes regarding payroll information security protocols, procedures and policies.
· Participate in information security and logical access controls creation, monitoring and enhancement activities.
· Partner with Global Payroll teams and other stakeholders to ensure payroll data handling requirements and policies are constantly being followed.
· Research InfoSec requirements and provide inputs or advisory to payroll stakeholders.
· Partner with payroll and other teams in information security and data privacy projects.
· Support Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and other automation projects from an Information Security standpoint.
· Participate in Information Security awareness initiatives such as content creation for trainings, newsletters and campaigns.
