FBA has embarked on an ambitious program to help Sellers recover value from their excess and unsellable inventory while creating more sustainable and responsible channels to eliminate product waste. As an Analyst in the EU FBA Recovery & Sustainability Product team you will join a dynamic team which is at the forefront of this vision to help develop, pilot and scale new services and programs to improve the sustainability of our Marketplace business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review Customer Journey mapping, User Stories and Use Cases to understand the end user requirements in order to validate both online functionality and supporting business processes operate as specified.
• Work with Product, Technology and Fulfilment Center Operations teams to log, verify, track and resolve product issues.
• Define, plan and drive product test strategy in production like environments. Direct all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, monitor progress, track test plan, issues, risks, and set testing priorities. Solicit information from SMEs and stakeholders from across functional groups to identify the key dependencies and end to end processes involved with UAT.
• Analyze data to help product management making better-informed decisions. Identifies risks and challenges early and ensures that mitigation measures are put in place to minimize issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with Operations and Partner Managers to improve the customer experience.
• Support the Product team in defining and maintaining updated Product Help content and other relevant Seller facing material.
• Organize and present product and operations metrics to senior management and key stakeholders to communicate progress towards business drivers.

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of User Acceptance / Quality Assurance testing experience or other relevant product experience
- Strong project management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work independently and to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
- Ability to analyze business requirements for functional, non-functional, testability and completeness
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze requirements, raise questions and seek clarifications required for testing
- Ability to prepare and share timely status reports with stakeholders
- Experience with collection, documentation and archival of all required testing artifacts in accordance with controls/audit requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,..)
- Proficient English knowledge, both verbal and written


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge or experience operating with JIRA
- Working experience with Agile methodologies in fast-moving tech environments
- Knowledge of the EU Marketplace suite of Seller Services
- Knowledge of Mandarin, Spanish, German, French or Italian is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Networks effectively with colleagues and develops others within the team (cross-training)
