We are looking starting as of now for a
Construction Manager(m/w/x)
Apleona Wolfferts GmbH, represented Germany-wide at sites in Berlin, Hamburg, Mannheim, Hanau, Cologne, Bonn or Essen.
Tasks
- Independent technical and commercial management on the ground at the assigned construction site
- Installation coordination, quantity surveying, daily wage reports and bills of material, managing daily reports, review of all advance work
- Assurance of timely completion, as well as optimal and efficient organization of installation work on the assigned construction site taking into account our high-quality standards
- Contact person for the client’s local construction management and assurance of on-site occupational safety
- Assurance of communication within the construction site team and with the project managers / site managers
- Role model function for our corporate culture and our values
Requirements
- Master craftsman / technician in HVAC/Sanitary, civil engineer specialized in technical building services or comparable training with relevant professional experience in construction site management in the technical building services sector
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and requirements
- Experience in construction management for HVAC on construction sites
- Sound knowledge in welding and engineering in HVAC and/or Sanitary
- Knowledge of MS-Office applications
- Assertiveness, social competence and a sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Readiness to travel and driving license
- At least rudimentary knowledge of German and the readiness to improve this as quickly as possible
