Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist to join a small team of our IT support guys. You will be responsible for quality IT problem management, IT support and IT customer care for internal employees in Brno primarily. You do not have to have experience below, we value motivation and enthusiasm to learn!
Roles and responsibilities
• daily contact with internal customers in Brno
• responding to and resolving IT service requests according to specified service level agreements (SLA’s)
• providing hardware, network and software support (Visio, Project, McAfee, Cisco AnyConnect, RSA, Skype, WebEx, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Remedy, Voltage,…)
• solve requests initiated by the IT Service Desk, which customers are asked to contact initially to report faults
Must have:
• fluent English
• 2+ years of experience with providing Software, Hardware and Networking support
• good remote and network support skills + tooling (LAN, WAN, VPN)
• experience with support of some of these apps/tools: Visio, Project, McAfee, Cisco AnyConnect, RSA, Skype, WebEx, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Remedy, Voltage,…
• excellent Windows OS skills
• good knowledge of Office 365 & Support
• troubleshooting skills
• stress resistant and flexible – ability to work with deadlines
• good organizational skills and ability to track and implement project plans on time
• customer oriented person with good communication skills
Desirable:
• Czech/Slovak/German language is a plus
• good knowledge of PC and Network Hardware - experience with Dell, HP and Cisco Hardware
• excellent knowledge of Windows 10 & Support – basic knowledge of iOS and Linux
• System Center Configuration Manager experience
Working hours: EMEA
Contract: fixed term (termination expected in December 2021) with possibility to join another team within AT&T afterwards
Location: Brno
Preferred start: June/July
