LAMP Web Developer

In AT&T Bratislava, we are looking to enlarge a team on LAMP developers who would work on long-term internal projects.

Location: Bratislava
Working schedule: EMEA working time, No scheduled nights/weekends

Job Role description:

∙ Design, develop, and testing of AT&T’s web-based security compliance systems
∙ Manage short and long-term software development projects, deployment timelines, documentation, and training courses
∙ Develop user interfaces
∙ Write clean, scalable code using CSS, HTML5, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP 7
∙ Support Apache HTTPD and MySQL
∙ Monitoring and tuning of software to achieve optimum performance

Key Competencies and Skills

∙ 3 - 5 years of experience with CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP
∙ Experience with Apache HTTPD and MySQL
∙ Experience with MVC frameworks, (e.g. Angular, Laravel)
∙ Experience with REST and RPC interfaces/APIs
∙ Ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL code
∙ Experience with GIT or other source code control system
∙ Familiarity with PERL, Python, and Shell script a plus
∙ Strong attention to detail
∙ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
∙ Ability to understand the technical design/architecture of software applications

Education and qualifications

∙ High School Graduate
∙ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or comparable experience
∙ Fluent English skills (B2 or higher)
