Development Engineer ADAS (f/m)

Your Responsibilities:

• Development engineer in AVL ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) development projects with the following main duties:
• Functional development and system integration
• Functional integration of environment perception sensors and signals Control of actuators and adjustment of controllers
• Calibration of the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and AD (Automated Driving) features in the simulation and in the vehicle
• Testing the overall vehicle
• Description of necessary changes/adjustments in ADAS functionality development
• Drawing up a test plan on the basis of the catalog of requirements
• Drawing up DoE plans for the calibration in CAMEO

Your Profile:

• Graduate of a university of applied sciences/university of technology in one of the following areas: mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, telematics, electronics, control engineering, robotics
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the development/application of automotive or automation technology
• Profound PC skills (including MS Office)
• Knowledge of the following tools desired: Matlab, INCA, CANape, CAMEO, DRIVE, ROS
• Pronounced communication skills
• High degree of self-motivation and project management skills
• High readiness to travel
• Driver's license (Austrian category B)
• Very good command of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 44.800,--. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
