Team Leader Battery Design m/f/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the skill team, being responsible for further education and training of the employees
• Further developing and establishing processes and tools within the skill team
• Supervising the following lead teams and subject matter experts:
  • Casing and sealing
  • Cell block / cell module
  • Thermal system incl. interfaces
  • Mechanical and electrical integration (including interfaces), packaging
  • Component engineering and BoM Owner
  • Sub-project leader
• Developing methods and selecting tools in close coordination with the DD department

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or training in engineering and/or mechanical engineering
• At least 10 years of practical experience in battery development
• Automotive series experience
• Experience in employee and team leadership
• Strong analysis and structuring ability, reliable decision-making and implementation skills
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Proficient English language knowledge & willingness to travel
• Ability to think outside the box
