Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
after an initial period of orientation and preparation that will help you to familiarize yourself with our products and procedures you will be introduced to the essentials of our in-house and in-plant workfl ow as well as to the relevant contact persons. You will then get to know the details of our business expansion project in Poland which will enable you to set up the plant and to assume accountability for all operational aspects.

Personality requirements and skills
• Degree qualifi cation (diploma, master or equivalent)
in a technical profession
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a plant/
business manager
• In-depth budgeting experience and knowledge in
business management
• Signifi cant work experience, preferably gained in
international or medium-sized businesses
• Polish cultural background
• Business fl uency in English, in Polish and ideally in German
• Hands-on mentality and a strong technical affi nity
• Experienced in planning and setting up a new manufacturing site:
• Planning and procurement of required resources
• Start-up and monitoring of all manufacturing operations
• You have an outgoing personality and like to interact
with public authorities, associations, suppliers and
nearby companies
in a technical profession
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a plant/
