As the Account Manager at CHEP you are developing a trust relationship with a portfolio of national and international customers with a primary focus on delivering best-class customer care and expanding our market share. Do not hesitate to apply!

What would be your main responsibilities?

  • Identify potential opportunities for business expansion
  • Proactive analysis of internal KPIs to ensure the quality of provided service
  • Manage activities to meet budget targets
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to be able to provide a tailored solution
  • Resolve any problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Must haves

  • Around 1 year of experience in Customer Service Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use MS Office effectively
  • Fluency in Czech and English is a must

Nice to have

  • Experience in FMCG or retail is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the local market players within the manufacturing and retail sectors is an advantage
  • Knowledge of current local supply chain solutions and providers would be taken as an advantage
