cargo-partner is in search for the e-Learning Specialist who will be responsible for the design, development, creation and maintenance of the cargo-partner eLearning courses and the administration /hosting of the company’s eLearning platform and courses portfolio.

In charge of the conceptual design and creation of e-learning storyboards based on requirements from and in collaboration with any of the company’s departments
Supports other departments in creating appropriate content for their eLearning course
Plans, designs and develops user-friendly and interactive state-of-the-art courses
Creates the course and performs the technical implementation on the company’s eLearning platform
Manages the portfolio of eLearning courses, updates the company specific course content when changes occur
Execution and evaluation of the e-learning management program
Offers support and troubleshooting for other platform users
Work with stakeholders and project team to design and develop e-learning

2+ years’ of relevant experience providing user support and training, multimedia training materials
Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design theories and methods, eLearning design principles
Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Advanced critical thinking, analysis, research and synthesis skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a deadline driven environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
