- Experience in freight-forwarding/logistics industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills: You are able to explain complex requirements and processes to all levels of organization
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of UML/BPMN and agile methodology
- High level understanding of APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Components, APEX Web Services and Triggers
- Knowledge of UML/BPMN and SCRUM methodology
- Experience working in projects, implementing new processes and facilitating user adoption
- Strong work ethic, proactivity and flexibility
- You are a team player and love working in international teams based in different locations
