Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are recruiting a Space Planner to join the team located in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The Space Planner provides advanced real estate planning services for client and comprehensive space and occupancy planning deliverables that meet the client's business and real estate needs. Space Planners share knowledge and design / planning principles through client presentations and manuals. Main objective is to drive client’s real estate decisions through, finding the best solutions within architecture projects and managing them to the best results.

• CRM role direct with the business at site level
• Headcount forecast data for business - forecasting building changes based on planned headcount changes
• Clear occupancy statistics using access control data and login data
• Coordinate planning activities to drive vacancy and address growth/reduction
• Overview of space standards and requirements
• Overview of local law standards within ROE portfolio
• Planning of premises changes /changes of current premises, planning of new premises, planning of premises reduction/
• Providing test fits layouts for new premises
• Providing space plans for premises changes
• Supporting local architecture/civil engineering offices
• Manage execution/support architectural and space planning projects including 2DS and 3D studies/drafts, visualizations, walkthroughs, etc.
• Ensure space standards and business rules are followed and policed.
• Ensure drawing standards such as layering and naming conventions are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent drafting skills in AutoCAD
• Excellent drafting skills in Archicad, Revit, Sketchup or other 3D modelling software
• Capability of preparing photorealistic visualizations /3ds max or SketchUp + v-ray
• Strong comprehension of industry standards in space management.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills, especially communication (verbal / written).
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Proficient in use of software especially MS Office applications
• English language – advanced
• German language - preferable
