Customer Service Agent with Czech and Slovak language

We are looking for people who:

  • are fluent in both Czech and Slovak,
  • speak English at a communicative level,
  • are able to think analytically and acquire knowledge easily,
  • are interested in technology or graduated from technology-related studies.
  • are responsible, meticulous and independent,
  • are open, positive and not afraid of challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • after-sales helpline service related to the technology industry,
  • live-chat and email service for clients,
  • data-entering into systems.

We offer:

  • 34,71 PLN gross per hour,
  • initial training and onboarding in Warsaw,
  • relocation bonus - 800,00 PLN net per month (up to 3 months) / possibility of remote work,
