Job description, responsibilities and duties
For an established Austrian IT consulting company (ATEC-IT Gmbh - http://www.atec-it.at/) , we're looking for an experienced Desktop/Client administrator. Your main duty will be the administration of end-user desktops, laptops, workstations and citrix terminals (Windows 10).
You main responsibility will be to manage software deployments across thousands of client devices. Main tool used for deployments is Microsoft SCCM and deployments will be done predominately into a Citrx XenApp environment. Your tasks will include creation of packages, testing of packages, troubleshooting potential problems, managing sofware lifecycle (patches, updates). You will be expected to develop powershell scripts to automate package deployments.
You will be a member of international project team and you will be required to deliver reports, participate in project calls and collaborate with other team members from multiple IT departments and from other countries.
