Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you speak fluent English and want to work in administration?

Do you have an administrative and MS Office experience?

Are you a real team player - enthusiastic, respectful, supportive, communicative?

Are you well organized and don't you mind routine job?

And if you have experience with SAP/Oracle, it's an advantage!

What you will be responsible for:
- timely and accurate allocation of incoming/outgoing payments
- solving problems in the cash allocation process
- managing payments, processing checks/exchanges and other payment documents in SAP or Oralce
- communication with internal customers and colleagues from other departments
