Senior admins 3rd lvl (Wintel,Backup,Security,Mobile,SCCM)

We are looking for Senior Administrators with focus on following technologies: Wintel, Backup/Storage, Security, Mobile management, SCCM on 3rd level of support.

We are searching for team-players with a desire to develop new (not just technical) skills and would like have a chance to influence IT infrastructure.

Main daily tasks are:

• Friendly and helpful support at the 3rd level

• Bringing new fresh ideas and IT solutions

• Processing customer´s appeals

• Ticket queue management

• Monitoring the infrastructure

You only need:

• Previous IT work experience 3+ years (Windows server, Backup/Storage, Security, Mobile management, SCCM)

• Positive approach to work

• Ability to communicate in English (B2 level)

• Great communication skills
