being a first contact for incidents and service requests
handling tickets received via Phone/Email/Chat/form
troubleshooting and resolving basic Technical issues
prioritizing incidents according to their urgency
following the status of requests and communicating it to the end user

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

French - Advanced (C1) or Italian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

fluent knowledge of French/Italian and English
skilled in organisation, communication, and listening
interest in Technology and the motivation to learn
previous Technical support experience is an advantage
