Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies+
Initiate and lead HR projects and continuous development of the HR instruments
Provide advice and report to management on HR related topics
Support and drive all HR processes during the employee life cycle in order to stimulate the effectuation of HR objectives
Lead the implementation of the performance management system
