We are recruiting for our client, an international company for the position Process Coordinator with German (sales and logistics). The office is based in Brno and here is the opportunity to join a freshly growing multinational team of dynamic people. WHAT WILL BE YOUR daily bread as a process coordinator?
To prepare quotations and orders, ensure correct part numbers and pricing
Use your German on daily basis
Make sure accuracy is prior to order entry
Track outstanding sales orders via purchasing, manufacturing and warehouse
Cooperate and communicate with Manufacturing/Finance/Shipping/Stores regarding orders and enquiries
Handle debit/credit notes due to price changes, sales returns, etc.
Liaise with other departments within the Company, Customers and Suppliers as required
We are looking for a new colleague, who:
Has advanced command of German and communicative English
PC literacy (MS Office)
Experience with SAP or other CRM system is an advantage
Communication skills on significant level
Team player
Up to 1 year of experience with order processing, sales/logistics coordination
