Job description, responsibilities and duties

Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our growing team as HRIS Specialist

Purpose of the role:
This position is responsible for the development, enhancement, support and maintenance of the HRIS systems used in the HR Operations Center. This position supports virtually a user community of EMEA Dentsply Sirona employees as some systems are utilized by all employees for their personal information and information related to their queries, background, HR processes, HR knowledge base, etc.
This position is responsible for auditing, administering, and maintaining security and security related tasks in the HR systems, including access control provisioning and de-provisioning. This position ensures compliance with information security, compliance policies and reporting following security protocol. This position also supports resolution of complex, unresolved security issues and escalations from the customer interaction center.

Responsibilities:
▪ Participate in the implementation and further development of the case management tool, file management and process management tools
▪ Manage and Perform compliance testing
▪ Perform changes in the system according to change management process
▪ Perform security administration functions, including maintaining a security matrix for system access, configuring security within the applications, etc.
▪ Plan, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot internal security policies, application security, access control, and corporate data safeguards
▪ Assist with identification and resolution of security vulnerabilities
▪ Serve as escalation point for unresolved security issues
▪ Educate the user community, including the development of training materials, presenting training sessions, and assisting users on a one-on-one basis when needed
▪ Interface with Success Factors regarding on-going upgrades to the system and determine timing and roll out and training regarding upgrades to the user community
▪ Maintain user community documentation including application documentation, user manuals, etc.
▪ Provide day-to-day support to the user community, including call, email and IM support
▪ Provide analysis and analytical support to the HR Department through creation of reports, spreadsheets and data grids as requested
▪ Provide support for reporting and overall metrics within the system
▪ Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
▪ Other duties, as assigned

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

▪ University degree with emphasis on information systems courses
▪ Proficiency in English
▪ 3-5 years HRIS experience (SAP SuccessFactors superuser experience is required)
▪ Experience with implementing and maintaining software as a service (SaaS) tools such as: Workday, PeopleDoc, People Ask, SAP Success Factors and telephony system such as AVAYA
▪ Skills developing and presenting training to a wide variety of audiences is required
▪ Knowledge of Human Resources Information System software
▪ Implementation of systems on a global basis preferred
▪ Experience in Microsoft Access Database software and Microsoft Project preferred but not required.
▪ Knowledge in Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software is required
▪ Project Management experience on a global basis is strongly preferred. The project experience should also have been a successfully implemented complex project.
▪ Communication skills – active listening and ability to navigate is required
▪ Ability to create awareness around importance of security among HR colleagues and the business
▪ Strong customer service orientation
▪ Strong understanding of Information security pieces, standards, practices and principles such as confidentiality, integrity, authentication, privacy, and security administration
▪ Strong problem solving/analytical skills; detail oriented
▪ Understanding of the flow of data and system integrations
▪ Ability to prioritize and multitask
