POSITION SUMMARY:
Emarket company is looking for a branch director in Czech Republic.
Our aim is to register a separate branch - a legal entity in the Czech Republic. The branch is a subsidiary of EFS International Limited aimed at optimizing and accelerating the logistics of goods for European customers of https://emarket.click service.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- the incorporation of a new legal entity:
search for lawyers and consultants,
coordination and maintenance of the branch,
search for an office and a warehouse for rent,
staff recruitment.
- ensuring the operability of the new branch: maintaining stock of goods at the warehouse, operational service and customer support, funds accounting.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- eight-hour shift (40 hours a week)
- paid vacation
- medical insurance
- salary is negotiated at the interview
- bonuses for the results of each quarter
- all payroll taxes in accordance with local law
