PDL - Program Development Engineer

PDL is usually technical leader or technical boss of Development / Design / Product / Process / Tooling Engineers in development program.

This means that it is for sure more exposed position and we also expect a higher seniority of such profile. PDL is basically responsible for entire technical part of a project.

The position is for German OEM program, door panel, add-on & deco parts.

Here main requirements and info to the position:
• Start ASAP
• Duration – more then 2 years
• Program interior plastic parts and deco parts
• Development location München, Germany
• Production location: Pardubice CZ.
• Language: EN, DE, CZ is advantage
• Experience: automotive interior products – ideally door panel, engineered plastic parts, decoration parts (painted, coated, etc. …)
• Requirements: Technical lead of suppliers, synchronization with Program Team, Plant Team, Customer
