Inspiring Leader for Finance & HRIS at Erste Digital (all genders)

The division Finance & HRIS is partner to the business area Group & Local Finance responsible for operating SAP as group ERP systems. Together with CFO group function we manage SAP for Austria and our CEE subsidiary banks. In addition, financial consolidation is supported with the TAGETIK solution, which is a standard and broadly used solution in the financial service industry.

We are responsible for HR SuccessFactors being the new group-wide solution for Human Capital Management – one of the first cloud-based solutions implemented in Austria and our CEE subsidiary banks.

 

YOUR MISSION AT ERSTE DIGITAL:

• Together with your team you steer the roll-out of the newest SAP version (S4HANA) in Austria and with our CEE subsidiary banks
• With HR SuccessFactors, also in the group-wide roll-out phase, you and your direct reports are the pioneers for cloud-based solutions. These are interfaces with our on-prem legacy systems (“Hybrid Operating Model”)
• With a broad understanding of accounting rules and processes you optimize the accounting procedures in very close collaboration with your business colleagues. Standardization of booking interfaces (FPSL booking layer) and automation of the account closure process are ongoing examples of the business/IT journey to reach that goal
• You establish a close collaboration with your business partner applying elements of large-scale agile framework (SAFe)
• You empathize with the customers view
• Through new sourcing ways (e.g. nearshoring) you explore opportunities for cost efficiencies

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES:

• You have at least 3-6 years of experience in leading others by your positive attitude and solution-oriented approach

• You show a strong heart and convince others using 360° communication: High level of social competence and empathy in managing your stakeholders
• You believe in change: Your self-confidence is based on your profound knowledge and experience. You remain curious to learn new things and you can guide your team during transformation processes
• You can helicopter your view: You take strategic decisions with a strong attitude and proactively shape the vision for your area
• Fluency in English; German or any CEE language is a plus
