International Sales Manager
The International Sales Manager will:- Report to Director of Key Account Office
- Manage and develop network of contacts in CEE area
- Manage pipeline of sales leads to effectively track and support strategic development of markets
- Set and meet annual target and maintains profitability for territory, targeting and pursuing specific markets
- Develop and maintain forecast of sales opportunities in dedicated reports
- Assist in development of pricing strategies
- Develop relations with full reach of potential clients
- Report competitive information to company
- Build pipeline of potential clients based on regular phone calls, meetings and e-mailing
- Prepare and send offers to clients
- Contract negotiations
- A unique blend of skills in finance, telecommunication and customer/sales-oriented
- Strong work ethic, efficiency and attention to detail are imperative
- 3-year experience of exceeding sales goals in retail B2B channel sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, growth environment
- Excellent organizational skills in high-priority projects
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively listen to both internal and external teams
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills and ability to listen and interpret customer requests
- Self-motivated and ability to arrange own work schedule and travel details
- Fluency in Polish and English; Czech will be appreciate
- Knowledge regarding CEE retail markets
